From capacity shortages and detention issues to border delays and warehouse constraints, I experienced the full reality of what it takes to move freight without failure.
Those early years shaped my understanding of logistics. I saw that it isn’t a collection of isolated transactions — it is an interconnected system where every decision affects the next. That perspective guided me as I advanced into a regional planning role overseeing freight across the Midwest and Mexico, and later as I managed warehouse operations, gaining firsthand visibility into inbound scheduling, inventory flow, and outbound execution.
With that operational foundation, I made the decision to build something of my own. I launched this company with a single $25,000 contract — no major investors, no safety net. What I did have was industry knowledge, strong relationships, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Our growth since that day has been intentional.
